Cautions 1. Directly connect the IC (Internally Connected) pin and V

pin to GND.

2. Keep the V

PLL pins as same potential as that at the V

3. Keep the GNDPORT and GNDPLL pins as same potential as that at GND.

4. Connect each of the REGOSC and REGCPU pins to GND via a 0.1

F capacitor.
