Copying a Recording from Voice Mail to Local PC

This procedure is used for saving individual recordings on a remote PC.

1.

Sign into Mailbox Manager.

2.

Navigate to the page containing the greeting you want to copy.

3.

Click on any Edit icon of the greeting you want to copy.

4.

You will get a security warning, click on Yes to accept.
