6. Obtain a replacement power supply module noting:
• The +15 V power supply module is Nautel Part # UG53
• The +48 V power supply module is Nautel Part # UG54
• The +12 V power supply module Nautel Part # UG57
7. Reverse Step 2 through Step 5 to reinstall the new power supply module. Reconnect all
wiring and ensure all connections are tight, noting there are special torque
requirements for the L, N, G, V+ and V- terminals for each supply:
• U3 and U4 require 60 in-lb (6.78 Nm) for V+ and V- terminals and 16 in-lb (1.81
Nm) for L, N and G terminals.
• U5 and U6 require 15 in-lb (1.69 Nm) for all terminals listed above.
• U7 requires 9.7 in-lb (1.10 Nm) for all terminals listed above.
8. Close and lock the rear door. Turn on (enable) the ac power source and set the
transmitter to its RF ON state. Ensure any previously present alarms have cleared.
