E. Print Worksheets
It is highly recommended that worksheets be used when setting up hybridization reactions. As described earlier, when a Run Set is saved the
system will prompt the user to print the worksheet. However, it is also possible to print Run Set worksheets at any time from the nCounter
web application.
To print a Run Set worksheet, navigate to the Run Set’ page, select the Run Set row of interest, and click the
Print Worksheet
button
