6) Push the 2 key.
Substitute any Set Point number from 1-32.
7) Push ENTER. The message display indicates
“CURNT SP” and the numeric display shows the Set
Point that will be programmed (2 in this example).
8) Push the UP key until the “ON/OFF” menu appears.
This menu is used to enable and disable the individual
Set Point.
9) Push ENTER. The message indicates the on
(ENABLED) or off (DISABLED) status of the
Set Point.
10) Push the UP key to “ENABLED”.
11) Push ENTER. Now the Set Point is enabled.
12) Push the UP key until the “OPER 1” menu appears
13) Push ENTER. The current Operator function
appears.
14) Use the UP or DOWN key to select the desired
operator.
In this example, we’ll use “GT or EQ” which means Greater than or
Equals.
15) Push ENTER. The operator is now stored.
16) Use the UP key to scroll to “TRIGTYP1”.
17) Push ENTER. The message shows the current
trigger type.
18) Use the UP key to choose the desired trigger type.
In this example we’ll program the “NETGROSS” mode
19) When the trigger type selection is displayed, push
ENTER.
20) Use the UP key to scroll to “VALUE 1”.
21) Push ENTER. The message reads “NEW VAL1”.
22) Use the numeric keys to enter a value for Value 1.
In this example we’ll program 200 lb.
23) When all digits are complete, push ENTER.
A simple single threshold Set Point is now pro-
grammed. To add functionality to the Set Point,
continue on to any or all of the following procedures
or push the EXIT (SETUP) key to return to normal
scale operation.
