The System Update installs and then the MC40 reboots into the new operating system.

9.6.1 Copying Applications and Configuration Files

Before performing an upgrade from GingerBread to JellyBean, copy all applications and key remap configuration
file that you want to persist after the upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, the MC40 installs the applications and
copies the key remap configuration file back to the appropriate locations.
