Operation:
When
your
MCWW CROSS-OVER™
is at rest, the wheels stand in the middle of the wash bay, both in line with
the wash bay center-line. The
PRIMARY ARM
sits against the positive stop, pushed by the
PRIMARY
CYLINDERS
(See Picture #46). The
SECONDARY ARM
also sits against a positive stop, pushed by the
SECONDARY CYLINDERS.
When
the both the primary and secondary arms are in resting position, both
PRIMARY LIMIT SWITCHES
(see
Picture #46) are held
ON.
The
THREE-WAY SOLENOID VALVE
is connected through a set of
NORMALLY
OPEN CONTACTS
into the
LIMIT SWITCH
(see Picture #48).
