MANUAL OPERATION B-13

TURNING OFF THE POWER

This section describes the procedure for turning off the power to the NC lathe.

Make sure that the indicator in the

(START)

switch and the indicator in the

(STOP) switch

on the operation panel are not lit.

If the indicator is lit, press the

(RESET) key

on the NC operation panel.

Make sure that the machine is stopped.

If an external I/O device is connected to the NC, turn
off the power to the external I/O device.

Press the EMERGENCY STOP button.

Press the NC power switch

(OFF).

Turn off the main switch.
