Edit Server User Account Profile Screen
If a user’s password does not satisfy the new password policy, that password must
be updated the first time a user logs into the system. To enforce this, any user that
has not changed the default password will be greeted with the screen shown above
immediately after logging in.
To update/change from the default or disallowed password(s), enter the current
password and enter the new password in each of the two fields. Click the
Submit
Changes?
button to apply the changes.
The new password must conform to the password policy. If it does not, the text entry
fields will clear and a brief description of the password issue is displayed above the
Submit Changes?
button. Repeat the process until a new password is successfully
submitted. For more information on changing user account passwords, visit the
User
Setup
section of this manual.
After the password has been changed, the user will be redirected to the
Setup >
Server
screen to input the V3.0 Enabling Key. A License Key is required for version 3.0
software. Without a valid V3.0 key, users will have limited access to the device.
