Water Cooled Gate Insert Installation - continued

4. Drop gate insert assembly into the mold pocket. Make sure that the dowel

pin line up with slot on cavity.

5. Install the locking ring, orient the wiring exit slot to the correct direction.

6. Tighten the screws (4XSHCSM10) evenly to press the gate insert into

correct position completely. Tighten it with the required torque. See torque

table for torque specifications.

7. If it is necessary to lift up gate insert assembly, use the lift holes on gate

insert or support tube.
