5.17.2 Pneumatic Valve Bank Connection

1. Prepare each crimped hose with labeling and arrange the control layout

to the solenoid valve bank.

2. Connect the hydraulic hoses with white label “Gxx CLOSE” to the top port

of cylinder body.

3. Route the hose on top of the wire channel and secure with high

temperature cable ties.

4. Connect the other end of the hose to the port of the designated valve unit.
5. Repeat above steps to connect each hose with “Gxx OPEN” from the

lower port on cylinder body to same solenoid valve unit as above.
