Skilled staff

Skilled staff are those, who due to their profes-
sional training, knowledge and experience as well
as their knowledge of the relevant standards can
assess the tasks given to them and recognize any
possible dangers.
Expert
•
An expert is a person, who has sufficient profes-
sional knowledge on the basis of his training and
experience, and who is sufficiently familiar with
the relevant regulations, guidelines and rules cov-
ering the particular technology, that he can as-
sess the safe operating condition of the system.
•
The person must be named in writing by the spe-
cialist company concerned, and the remit of his
authorised tasks must also be stated.
