46 Stage 2 Stage 2 input terminal. When this signal is present (connected to pin
50), welding commences according to the schedule selected at the
binary inputs (pins 31 through 37).
47 Retraction Retraction Valve input terminal. When this input is present
(connected to pin 50), The Retraction Valve output signal is applied
if the unit is not welding.
48 Backstep Backstep input terminal. When this signal is present (connected to
pin 50) while the Successive function is being performed, the
Schedule # returns to the previous schedule. If the signal is held for
1.5 seconds or more, the Schedule # returns to the first schedule
49 Spare
50 Common Common terminal for terminals 35-37 and 45-49.
51 Proportional Valve Ground
52 Proportional Valve
Optional configuration
Provides 0 –10 VDC variable signal to an external proportional valve
53, 54 Cable Error One side is connected to chassis ground. The other side is connected
to the shield on the weld transformer primary cable. The shield is
not connected at the transformer end. If a device, such as a robot,
begins to damage the cable, it will touch the shield first, thereby
shorting the cable error connections. The unit will stop welding and
generate a cable error signal.

User Spare Terminals Terminals available for use without Isolation Contactor option. No
internal signals are connected to these terminals.
