CHAPTER 2:  INSTALLATION AND SETUP 

 

 

ISA-4001CR INVERTER POWER SUPPLY

5.

 

Drill appropriate hole(s) in the removable lower panels to receive the output power (weld 
transformer) conduit(s). 

NOTE:

  

Remove

 

all metal shards,

 then re-install the plate. 

6.

 

Install the weld transformer conduit to the plate and feed cables into the Power Supply. 

7.

 

Connect the ground cable to the ground lug. 

8.

 

Connect the two transformer cables to the power module. 

9.

 

Replace the plastic high voltage protection panel and secure it in place with the screws 
removed in Step 1.
