Monitor Screen
This screen is used to monitor any of the
64 schedules, as selected by
SCHEDULE
#.
Other than the selected Schedule, no
other parameters can be set on this
screen.
NOTE:
The screen will provide values
for the last measured value for each

schedule, as selected, and will maintain
those values in the memory for presentation even after the power has been turned OFF.
SCHEDULE #
– This entry is used to designate the Schedule number to be monitored,
001
through
064
.
TIME
–
This display presents the length of time for Weld 1 and Weld 2 during welding. The unit of
time is either ms or cycle (
CYC
). To switch from the ms mode to the
CYC
mode, go to the
Mode Select
screen (selected from the
Main
screen), and select
CYCLE WELD ON
.
CYCLE WELD OFF
will change the
mode back to the ms mode.
NOTE:
The Monitor Unit needs 100ms to update. Therefore, when the Power Supply is set for a
repetition rate under 100ms, the Monitor screen should be turned off. Leaving it on will result in data
errors and missed welds.
CURR
– This display presents the amount of current for Weld 1 and Weld 2.
VOLT –
This display is presented when secondary voltage is applied to the Power Supply I/O terminals.
They indicate amount of voltage for Weld 1 and Weld 2.
POWER
– This display is presented when secondary voltage is supplied to the I/O terminal block and
current data is supplied to the secondary current coil connector. They indicate amount of power for
Weld 1 and Weld 2.
PULSE
– This display represents the output as a percentage of maximum pulse width.
STEPPER COUNT
– When the
STEPPER
selection on the
Mode Select
screen is set to ON, this
presentation will provide the number of welds at the present step.
STEP #
– When the
STEPPER
selection on the
Mode Select
screen is set to ON, this presentation will
provide the current step number.
WELD COUNT
– When the
WELD COUNT
selection on the Mode Select screen is set to ON, and the
Count input (terminals 15 and 17) is turned on, this counter will increment. The count is compared to
the weld count set in the Monitor Set screen.
NOTE:
Monitor readings and Limit functions are inoperative at weld times of less than 4 ms.
