4.11.6 Clear counters and diagnostic register (sub-function code: 10)

Clears counters (e.g. message count).
Also, clears the diagnostic register and the error of the channel where the request
message has been received.

The following counters will be cleared.(

• Bus message count
• Bus communication error count
• Exception error count
• Slave message count
• Slave no-response count
• Slave NAK count
• Slave busy count
• Character overrun error count
• Communications event count (

The following diagnostic resisters will be cleared.

• CH1/2 side detailed LED status storage area of the buffer memory (address:
