Note: Operation mode can only be set or changed when the counter is inactive.
The TID1 Control & Prescaler 3 Enable Register is used to select TID1 operation mode (fixed
period count, event count, multiply-by-4 event count, or up/down event count mode), as well as
select one of TOM1_0-7 timer enable sources and control startup of Prescaler 3.
