Neutralization/restoration
<Liquid waste disposal>
Note) Add the neutralizer carefully, not to overflow the solution
owing to the surge of foaming by chemical reaction after a
sudden addition of neutralizer.
Note) Liquid waste needs to be disposed by an authorized indus-
trial waste disposal contractor.
Connect the plug to the receptacle.
Feed water into washing circuit. (15 L)
Check for 3-way valve position and closure of water drain valve
on the washing equipment. Washing pump power source ON

Judgment for need of washing
Evaluation if clean up required.
Washing pump OFF
Adjust the circulation water flow rate at 15 – 20 L/min. Bleed air.
Add washing agent.
Washing pump ON
Check initial pH. Wash for approx. 0.5 – 1 hour.
* Change the water flow direction regularly with the manual valve.
Check pH.
It does not
increase.
Washing operation (For approx. 30 min. to 1 hr.)

Add washing agent again. (pH drop to 0.5)
End of washing
Check pH.
Does it increase
slowly?
Operate
continuously with pH6 – 8.
(For approx. 30 min.)
Add a neutralizer gradually into the circuit.
Restore water circuit. Bleed air.
Supply city water from one side.
Supply city water again, and circulate for
10 – 20 min. Repeat the steps and
minimum 2 or 3 times till pH in the liquid
waste stabilizes at 6 – 8.

<Preparation of solution>
Example: When using Kuridine T-203, prepare 20% solution.
Add approx. 3.8 L of KURIDINE to 15 L of water.
Formula: 3.8/(15 + 3.8) = 20%
<Check pH to see if scale has been removed.>
pH does not increase slowly. … During washing (Scale being
removed)
pH increases slowly … Depleted efficiency of washing agent.
Add more agent.
pH drops. … pH drops after adding the washing agent.
No increase in pH … End of scale removal
