Outline
This instruction compares two values (zone) with the comparison source, and outputs the result (smaller, equal or
larger) to bit devices (3 points).

Explanation of function and operation
1. 16-bit operation (ZCP and ZCPP)
The lower comparison value
and upper comparison value
are compared with the comparison source
. According to the result (smaller, within zone or larger), either
