Error Code Description Problem Possible Cause/Action
E 10 The water in
timed out:the
water level of
the washing
machine was
unchanged
for 7minutes.
After the error
occurs,the
washer closes
the inlet valve
and enters the
suspended
state.

Overflow protect
• After the error is found,the washing machine locks
the door,close the motor,drain the water empty,and
enters the error display status.
•
E 20
No drainage
pump
there is no
pump signal on
the computer
board of the
washing
machine.
• In normal mode,the error is recorded in the
backstage EEPROM chip and words normally.when
entering factory mode or service mode,the drain
pump is not connected,direct alarm E20.
E 21 Drain time out
the washing
machine
drained the
pump for six
minutes and the
water level did
not change.
• After the error was found,the washing machine
closed the drain pump to the suspended state,and
the water level was lower than the open water level.
