CHAPTER 3 – Installing
Double Balancing:
Link alarm output and tamper output of the sensor to a single zone of

that allow the
discrimination of three states:
• rest
• alarm
• sabotage (short circuit, cutting, opening)
Triple Balancing:
This balancing allows the connection to a single zone of the outputs of:
alarm, tamper, and antimasking of the sensor; through the use of 3
resistors 2x3k9
Ω
10k. Allows the discrimination of five states of the
zone:
• rest
• alarm
• antimasking
• Alarm + antiamasking
• sabotage (short circuit, cutting, opening)
Connecting shutter sensors and balances:
For the connection of inertial sensors or shutter you can make two different types of
connection:
• Normally closed
• normally closed single-balancing
Normally closed:
The classic link normally closed (NC) to detect only two states of the sensor: rest and
alarm, nothing is in fact reported in the case of cutting wires or short circuit.
The alarm state of the sensor is given by counting the pulses which occur during the
period of time configured.
Normally closed with single balance:
When connecting with single balance, other hand, discriminable states are:
• Rest
• Alarm
• Sabotage (cutting wire and short circuit)
The alarm state of the sensor is given by counting the pulses which occur in the time
frame set up and persists in that state for that time.
