With the sub menu “TSU 1 Setup” some PTP specific and network specific

parameters can be set up.

The PTPv2 software stack uses only one Multicast address (224.0.1.129). The

Domain Number is a fix number between 0 and 3. The “Sync Interval” determine
how fast the PTP packets will be send by the Grandmaster and will be configured as a
value of power of 2. The parameter “Is Slave only” will set this PTPv2 TSU card to
the PTP slave mode only. The network protocol can be toggled between UDP and IP.

Some basic network parameters like hostname, TCP/IP address, the default

Gateway and the DHCP client option can be configured. Use the WEB interface or
the CLI command line to configure more parameters.
