Format of the SYSPLEX-1 Time String

The SYSPLEX1 time string is a sequence of 16 ASCII characters starting with the
SOH (Start of Header) ASCII controll character character and ending with the LF
(line feed, ASCII Code 0Ah) character. The format is:
