As different size webs are used on this cleaning system the set pressure is maintained using the plastic
fingers, the shape allows for the web to not be guided by these parts and do not damage the web.
The brushes are designed to be 0.5mm off the face of the web and are employed to break-up the
boundary layer of air that moves with the web.

The contamination is removed when the web is over the face plates and then it exits the VacClean going
over the second 924IPS bar to ensure the web is removed of high static charges and will not be re-
contaminated
