VacClean Manifold
The VacClean manifold is attached to the Rear manifold by the mounting on the front of the head.
The VacClean removes the unbonded contamination by creating turbulent air at the face of the
manifold. This turbulent air loosens the contamination and it is removed through the negative pressure
created by the AHU-CL1
Function
The VacClean manifold is made up of 4 main components:
1. Face Plates
2. Brushes
3. Body including Ducting
4. Removable Faceplate covering fingers
Each component works together to create the turbulent air and remove the contamination from the
web.
