10.16.3 Pick-up reel tine chain adjustment
To adjust the tine reel chain, the use of a 17 mm spanner and socket is required.
1.
Loosen (A) and turn tine sprocket (D) anti-clockwise, as shown below.
2.
Apply upward pressure (along slot B) to nylon chain slide (C), while continuing
to hold sprocket (D) in position.
3.
Tighten (A) and ensure that sagging is kept to a minimum.
10.16.4 Reel drive chain adjustment
To adjust the reel drive chain the use of both a 17 mm and 19 mm spanner and socket
are required.
1.
Using 17 mm tools, loosen (A) anti-clockwise by approx.1 turn.
2.
Using a 19 mm spanner, loosen locknut (B).
3.
Tighten setscrew (C) until there is little or no sagging of the chain and retighten
bolt (A).
4.
Retighten locknut (B).
