Over Voltage Category
OVC I:
Equipment connected to a treated circuit to limit transient overvoltage to a low level
OVC II:
Energy-consuming devices that are supplied with power from fixed equipment
OVC III: Devices that meet the special requirements for reliability and effectiveness for use in fixed equipment
OVC IV: Devices used at the inlet for equipment
*2
Pollution degree
Pollution degree 1: No pollution, or only dry non-conductive pollution. No effect due to pollution.
Pollution degree 2: Only non-conductive pollution, except for temporary conductivity due to condensation.
Pollution degree 3: Conductive pollution or dry non-conductive pollution that becomes conductive due to
expected condensation.
Pollution degree 4: Dust with conductive pollution, or that becomes permanently conductive due to rain or snow.
Confirm the input voltage that is displayed on the rear panel of the unit to enter
the correct voltage.
If an incorrect voltage is entered, the equipment could be damaged.
Wait at least 20 seconds after turning off the POWER ON/OFF switch before
turning it on again.
Repeatedly turning the POWER ON/OFF switch ON and OFF at short intervals
will cause a breakdown of the inrush current limiting circuit, shortening the
service life of the input fuse, POWER ON/OFF switch, and other components.
* If the POWER ON/OFF switch is turned ON and OFF repeatedly at short
intervals, an input voltage drop error might occur in order to protect the internal
circuitry.
