NORMAL OPERATION

The ECU supplies a reference voltage to the rail pressure sensor. The rail pressure sensor output voltage varies with
variation in rail pressure.

DTC Detecting Condition

Probable Causes



The rail pressure sensor output voltage is less than 0.5V



The rail pressure sensor output voltage is more than 5.25V



Failed rail pressure sensor

LAMP STATUS

Check engine lamp ON

FAULT REACTION

Engine low idle RPM set at 1200.
The accelerator pedal will respond but the maximum RPM is set as 2000 with fuel quantity limitations
