Ignition OFF

Pre supply pump relay connector
DISCONNECTED

ECU connector DISCONNECTED

Check the continuity between pin 68 of
ECU connector and pin 85 of the pre
supply pump relay connector
Does continuity
exist?

Ignition OFF

Repair the open circuit

Clear the error codes
and verify

Ignition OFF

Remove the pre supply pump relay

Check for proper functioning of the relay
by giving a 12 volt supply between
terminal 86 and terminal 85 of the pre
supply pump relay

A clicking sound will indicate proper
functioning of the relay

Replace if required

Clear the error codes and verify

Ignition OFF

Check for proper
functioning of the ECU
main relay

Check for any loose
connections and rectify

Check for any pin bend
and rectify

Clear the error codes and
verify
