BATTERY
COMPONENT DESCRIPTION
The system voltage has to guarantee to perform diagnosis functions. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) monitors
battery voltage.

NORMAL OPEARTION
The alternator charges the battery while engine is running. The ECU monitors whether the battery voltage is within 8
to 16Volts.This monitoring will happen only if ECU relay is working properly
DTC Detecting Condition Probable Causes

If the battery voltage is more than 16 Volts
(with no main relay failure)

If the battery voltage is less than 8 Volts
(with no main relay failure)


Charging system malfunction
LAMP STATUS
Engine check lamp ON
