10.10 MAINTENANCE EVERY 2000 HOURS

Perform this maintenance along with maintenance every 50/100/250/500/1000 hours.

[1] REPLACING OIL IN ENGINE OIL TANK AND CLEANING STRAINERS

• As parts and oil become hot immediately after the engine stop, you may suffer burns. Begin

work after the temperature has dropped.

• When removing the cap of oil inlet, there is a risk of oil spurting out. Take care to turn it

slowly while removing internal pressure.

• Replaced oil: 28.5 litres

• Prepare a handle (for socket wrench).

1. Turn the drain plug under the hydraulic oil tank so that it

comes in the centre of the left and right crawler belts.

2. Fully retract and lower the boom.

3. Set the lock lever (1) to LOCK position (L), and stop the

engine.
