Dimmer in Bypass - remove Bypass Jumper after
loads have been proven
Dimmer defective - contact Lutron
2-wire Panel Control Harness disconnected at the
bottom of the Circuit Selector
Wiring of Terminals 3 and 4 flipped.
GRX connector unplugged at Control Unit.
Dimmer circuitry locked up. Turn off circuit breaker to
reset the dimmer. Notify Lutron.
