This section describes the AMPLIMITE Shielded Cable-Hood Kits
and the ferrules that are available.

Description of Cable-Hood

Kit

Each shielded cable-hood kit consists of two symmetrical cable
clamps with strain-relief bars. Each kit also includes two captive
screws, two fillister-head screws, and two nuts.

The cable heads are designed to provide electromagnetic shielding for
braid-type shielded cables. The cable hood may be used on cables that
are fitted with crimp ferrules.
