4. INSTALLATION

4.1 Selection of Installation Position

The  level  transmitter  stability  of  readings  and  the  product  precision  of  measuring
depend on its correct installation.

When selecting the installation position, the following recommendations should be
adhered to:

-  to install the  device  in such  way  that  in the  measurement  zone  there  are  no  sub-
jects  and  structures  making  interferences  to  the  radio  wave  beam  propagation
(pipes, valves, stirrers, tank walls, etc. For details, see para4.4);

- the device should not be installed in such way that the stream of the product filling
up the tank makes in the beam action zone. The device shall be located in an opti-
mum manner away from the feeding area;
