4.16 Music On Hold (MOH)
Description
When a call is placed on hold manually (refer to Ref. A) or automatically (refer to Ref. B), the
party on hold will hear music. Music On Hold (MOH) is supplied through various music
sources. MOH is generally provided by an external source connected to the MOH connector
of the BKSU. Alternatively, the internal music or hold tone can be used or an external source
can be connected to an MOHU connected to an SLT port.
Consideration
Only one (1) MOH channel is supported.
The MOH source can be used in place of Ringback tone when calling a busy Attendant or
to a camped on party.
SLT ports connected with MOHU can be used as the music source.

Assigns either ringback tone or MOH for a transferred call
Internal Music Type (PGM171, Flexible button 8)
Assigns one of the 13 available music types as the internal MOH
SLT MOH (PGM171, Flexible button 4)
Assigns the SLT port to use for MOH
