Printing transparencies

Load transparencies against the right side of the sheet feeder.

Customize the Printer Properties for printing transparencies.
For help opening the Printer Properties, see the tip in the
shaded margin.

Send your transparency to print.
Load up to 25 transparencies
with the print side facing up
(the removable stripe away
from you and pointing down). Squeeze the release tab and the
paper guide together and slide the
paper guide to the edge of the
transparencies.
Click the
Paper tab.
Select
Transparency.
Click OK.
Click letter
or A4.

Transparencies stick
together
• Use a transparency
designed for inkjet
printers.
• Make sure print side faces
up.
• Remove each
transparency as it exits
the printer and allow it to
dry before stacking.

To open the Printer
Properties from your
application, click:

Printer Setup.
