Injectors: Have the injectors
checked by an authorized service
center.
Starter motor: Have the
commutator and brushes checked
by an authorized service center.
Fuel tank: When the tank is
nearly empty, remove the plug and
drain out any sludge. Bleed the fuel system
if necessary.
Front differential housing:
Remove drain plug (1). Drain out
the old oil. Fill with new oil of the prescribed
type up to the level of the fill plug (see op.
11).
Rear axle final drives:
Remove plug (B) and allow the oil
to drain out. Pour in new oil of the
prescribed type through fill plug (A) until
reaching the level of the plug itself (see op.
10)

Engine cooling system: Open the drain cocks from the radiator (A) and
cylinder block (B) and allow the fluid to drain out. Flush out the cooling circuit
(see “Maintenance” chapter).

Front axle epicyclic final
drives: Remove plug (B) (set in
the lowest position) and allow the oil to
drain out. Pour in new oil of the prescribed
type (see op. 12).

Gearbox and rear axle:
Remove drain plugs from the
gearbox (1-2-3) and drain out the oil. Clean
the plugs and replace. Refill with clean oil
to the required level (See op. 9).

Power steering reservoir:
Detach the oil return tube (1) and
empty the reservoir. Clean the filter (op.32).
Refit and fill with oil of the recommended
type.

Alternator: Have alternator
efficiency checked by an
authorized service center.
