Align shaft flats of gear

motor and drive roller;

tighten shaft coupling

Conveyor belt slips on drive roller

Improper conveyor

belt tension.

Excessive depth of cut

Adjust belt tension .

Reduce depth of cut;

reduce feed rate.

Stock slips on

conveyor belt.
