OPERATION
1. Confirm brush head is parallel to conveyor bed. Refer to
“Checking
Parallelism
”
to adjust if necessary.
2. Confirm the electrical supply is correct and connected to machine.
3. Make sure no one is working on or doing maintenance to machine.
4. Adjust contact of brush head onto material to be processed by either turning
the height adjustment handle (1 revolution equals 3
/32”), or by pressing the
UP/DOWN switch on the control panel. NOTE: brush contact will vary with
application(s), material and brush head configuration. Confirm correct contact
with sample testing information or your salesperson.
