(4) Output Audio Quality
The FA5000CVR’s audio quality meets or exceeds the audio quality specified in Part
I of ED

112. Specifically, the Reference Signal is 1-kHz at 3 Vrms for the voice
channels, and 1-kHz at 2 Vrms for the CAM channel. The signal-to-noise plus dis-
tortion ratio (SINAD) of this signal when reproduced exceeds 24 dB (6 percent dis-
tortion) for the most recent 120 minutes of recording and exceeds 20 dB (10 percent
distortion) otherwise.
