s) GND terminal
This terminal is used to ground the product. Use the included grounding wire to ground the product.
When there is a lot of noise, etc., it can sometimes be reduced by grounding the product.
When connecting a logger or other equipment, check the signal path of the target device.
2-2. Transmitter
Normally, the transmitter is used with the Adapte.
The transmitter can also be used without the Adapter.

• Not for use with receiving antennas except Kyowa-specified models. Using nonrecommended antennas
violates the Radio Law.
• When using an extension cable for receiving antenna, note "RSSI."
A long cable will cause the "RSSI" to be weaker. When setting up the equipment, watch the RSSI on the
"RSSI" LEDs.
NOTE
Two extension cables for receiving antenna (2 m) are included with the product.
An extension cable for receiving antenna can be used to extend the distance between the receiving
antenna and receiver in places where receiver installation is difficult or where connecting to wireless
communication is difficult with the receiving antenna attached to the receiver.
