10. Alternator
Generates power for electrical components, using the engine's rotation as the source of power.
It is mounted on the right side of the engine under the hood.
11. Fuel cut solenoid
When the interlock starting conditions are met, the relay/engine stop solenoid operates and the fuel
cut solenoid is activated along with it.
It is mounted on the left side of the engine under the hood.
12. Glow plugs
Holding the key switch at the "GLOW" position heats up the glow plugs to make the engine easier
to start.
They are mounted on top of each cylinder of the engine under the hood.
13. Water temperature switch
If the engine coolant temperature reaches a certain temperature, the water temperature switch is
activated.
It is mounted on top of the engine under the hood.
14. Water temperature sensor
This detects the temperature of the engine coolant.
It is mounted on the left side of the engine under the hood.
15. Oil pressure switch
This switch notifies of abnormal oil pressure inside the engine.
It is mounted on the right side of the engine under the hood.
16. Battery
The battery supplies power to the starter at the start of the engine, as well as to all electrical parts.
It is located inside the radiator cover in the rear part of the main vehicle.
