Follow the steps below to adjust the
proximity switch.
Note:
Adjustment is performed by adjusting the
vertical position of the proximity switch
installed near the base of mower lift arms
#4 and #5.
First, adjust mower #4.
Warning
Be sure to stop the engine and apply the
parking brake before adjusting the proximity
switch.
Lower all mower units to the ground.
Find [Relay/#4 proximity switch] from
the 4-polar relays at the bottom right of
the fuel tank, by referring to the relay
judgment table.

Set the reel rotation/stop switching lever
of the mower units other than #4 to the
stop position.
Turn the key switch "ON" without
starting the engine and push the reel
rotation switch to the "Rotation" side.
Lift up the mower unit #4 by using the
sling and hoist, etc.
Slowly lower mower unit #4.
The mower unit position where the
relay/#4 proximity switch generates a
sound is the position where the reel
starts rotating.
