Set the reel rotation/stop switch levers of the
hydraulic motors of #1, #2, #3, and #5 to the
stop position.

Caution
The wood board must be a stout one.
Make sure that the wooden board can be
attached securely to the front stay, past the
center of the reel cutter.
Insert a tough wooden board firmly into the
reel cutter of mower unit #4.

Caution
Perform pressure measurement with positive
rotation.
Make sure that the parking brake is applied.
Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
It is normal if the pressure is 17.2 MPa
(175.69 kgf/cm
2
) (2,494.56 psi) when you
push the reel rotation switch to the "Rotation"
side.
