Fit the pivot pin into the pivot pin receiver of
the housing.
Important
Note that the receiver position is different
between the brake caliper CW and CCW.
Fit the convex portion of the cam so that it
may push the center of the pad.

Install the spring retainer into the housing in
the correct direction.
If it does not fit well, press the corner of the
spring retainer to fit into the housing.

Install the pad support and pad of the cam
through the hole of the carrier of the housing.
Install the pad support and pad of the carrier
through the groove of the housing.
Insert a chip of corrugated cardboard
between the pads of the cam and carrier to
keep the pads in the correct positions.

Install the assembled caliper into the disc
rotor portion while removing the corrugated
cardboard.
Install both of the front and rear calipers.

Check the position of the key of the wheel
motor.
Position the key groove of the wheel
mounting base with the key of the wheel
motor.
Install the wheel mounting base with the
front and rear calipers installed into the
shaft of the wheel motor while holding it by
your hands.
At this time, position the groove of the rear
caliper with the mount bracket first and
push in the wheel mounting base a little.
Next, position the front caliper with the
groove of the mount bracket and push in
the wheel mounting base a little.
If the key groove of the wheel mounting
base does not fit, turn the mounting base
and confirm that the position fits, and then
push the front and rear calipers in along
the mount bracket.
