SNS2. Proximity switch/Unit down
A magnet for detection is installed on the up/down lever, and this proximity switch detects that
magnet getting closer.
It is located in the up/down lever in the operation panel.
SNS3. Proximity switch/Parking brake
This is one of the safety switches that constitute the interlock system.
A magnet for detection is installed on the parking brake, and this proximity switch detects that
magnet getting closer.
It is located on the parking brake.
SNS4. Proximity switch /#4 mower
Controls the reel rotation and mower unit up position.
A plastic magnet for detection is installed in the fulcrum parts of the arm, and this proximity switch
detects that magnet getting closer.
It is located on the #4 mower arm.
SNS5. Proximity switch /#5 mower
Controls the reel rotation and mower unit up position.
A plastic magnet for detection is installed in the fulcrum parts of the arm, and this proximity switch
detects that magnet getting closer.
It is located on the #5 mower arm.
SOL1. #4 mower up/down solenoid
It is interlocked with the proximity switch.
It is a solenoid for activating the slight lift function.
When you turn the reel rotation switch ON and operate the mower unit up/down lever to raise the
mower unit, this valve stops the flow of oil to the hydraulic cylinder, interlocked with the proximity
sensor and stops the rise of mower unit #4.
It is located on the hydraulic cylinder of mower unit #4.
SOL2. #5 mower up/down solenoid
It is interlocked with the proximity switch.
It is a solenoid for activating the slight lift function.
When you turn the reel rotation switch ON and operate the mower unit up/down lever to raise the
mower unit, this valve stops the flow of oil to the hydraulic cylinder, interlocked with the proximity
sensor and stops the rise of mower unit #5.
It is located on the hydraulic cylinder of mower unit #5.
SOL3. Reel normal rotation solenoid
It operates in coordination with the reel rotation switch and reel reverse switch.
Turning the reel reverse switch "OFF" controls the terminal relay, and operation of the terminal
relay operates the reel normal rotation solenoids inside the double multi-valve.
This switches the hydraulic route in the valve and controls the rotation direction of the mower unit
gear motor for normal rotation.
It is located in the double multi-valve on the right side of the driver's seat.
SOL4. Reel reverse rotation solenoid
It operates in coordination with the reel rotation switch and reel reverse switch.
Turning the reel reverse switch "ON" controls the terminal relay, and operation of the terminal relay
activates the reel reverse rotation solenoids inside the double multi-valve.
This switches the hydraulic route in the valve and controls the rotation direction of the mower unit
gear motor for reverse rotation.
It is located in the double multi-valve on the right side of the driver's seat.
M1. Hour meter
This indicates total operation time of the engine.
It is located on the lower rear right side of the fuel tank.
