Oil flow adjustment
- Connect pressure hose to the tractor valve (1) and
the return hose and the free flow return.
- Activate the command terminal
CCI 1200/VT 50/QUANTRON S-2 and open the
fan speed menu,

- Reduce the oil flow (1) supplied by the tractor to
the minimum.
- Activate and lock the tractor hydraulic valve in
detented position to obtain a constant flow:
• 1300 rpm < Motor speed < 1500 rpm
- Gradually increase the oil flow supplied by the
tractor until reaching the required blower speed:
• Blower speed = 4250 rpm
If the blower does not reach the required speed,
check machine valve position (1). The latter must be
fully opened in order to supply blower motor
sufficiently.
On the screen of
terminal CCI 1200/VT 50/QUANTRON S-2,
program one of the empty display fields with the
blower speed.
