9. - Instructions for work

Seed Drill

Adjustment procedure:

Blower driven by tractor hydraulics

- Start up the tractor hydraulics.
- Run the engine at approximately 1500 min

-1

- Gradually increase the tractor valve oil flow rate

until you reach a nominal blower rotational speed
of 4250 min

-1

Blower with independent control equipped with a

regulator (Vario system)

- The flow control valve is factory preset at 7.
- Switch the control terminal on.
-

Check the blower speed on the

CCI 1200/VT 50/QUANTRON S-2 control
terminal.

- Engage the tractor PTO and increase speed

gradually until a speed of 1000 min-1 is reached.

- Adjust the blower speed using the hand wheel 1.

• Turn the hand wheel clockwise: the blower speed is

increased.

- Switch the control terminal on.

• Blower rotational speed is on display.

- Reduce the oil flow rate from the tractor valve to a

minimum.

- Turn wheel (1) to the maximum.

The regulation valve limits the blower unit
maximum rotational speed to prevent
damage to the blower.
