7. - Putting into service

Seed Drill

Connect the hydraulic connections on the

headstock of the rotary harrow.

7.4.1 Lift sensor adjusment

Before the first use of the equipment combination,
the work position sensor must be programmed.

- Check that coulter and scraper bar are parallel.

The lift sensor enables stopping the metering
unit rotation when lifting the machine on
headlands.

- Lift the machine with the tractor's three point

linkage.
• The articulated plate (1) must be opposite sensor

(2) in machine raised position VENTA 1030.

Determine the upper position of the mobile

indicator (1) when the machine is lowered using
the adjusting screw (3).
• The adjustment depends on the desired reaction

time of the sensor in the event of change of
condition.

- Lower the machine using the tractor lift linkage.

Only work in straight lines. Lift the machine
to turn.
