A

At the time of removing the rivets, use screw driver to
loosen the screw then pull the rivets out.

2. Remove the holder.

3. Fit the rubber ring.

4. Pass the wire cable in the specified route. 

(1) 2-Rivets
(2) 3-Bolts with washers (with cap)
(3) Flange bolt
(4) Plain washer
(5) Console cover
